Aerodynamic Impact Reactor (AIR)
Zybek Advanced Product's Aerdynamic Impact Reactor (AIR) has the following features:
- Processes material at rates up to 10,000 pounds per hour
- Results in high surface area particulates
- Power Efficient
AIR is a reactor. The time to process material is less than 0.5 seconds. The short process time allows for surface modifications to the final material. AIR applications include:
- Production of synthetic catalysts
- Processing of combined coal and biomass for gasifciation
- Glass, crystal, rock
- Organic materials
There is no grinding media in the reactor which reduces contamination.
